Way to Wellness, LLC - Two Examples of a Half-day Retreat

 Example One: Physical Activity level - moderate intensity

  1:00 - 1:10:   Introductions & Prepare for the day   

  1:10 - 2:00    Fitness Bollywood Dance

  2:00 - 2:55   Vinyasa Flow Yoga Session - for all levels

  3:00 - 3:45   Sound Meditation  

  3:45- 4:00   Reflection and wrap-up    


Example Two:  Physical Activity level - moderate to low intensity 

 1:00 - 1:10   Introductions & Prepare for the day

 1:10 - 2:00   Yin Yoga Session - for all levels

 2:00 - 2:55   Natural Skin Care Wellness with Hand-spa Treatment
