Way to Wellness was born out of the quest to make health and wellness more accessible and affordable. In my own journey to wellness, it was challenging to keep up with all the scheduling, or re-scheduling - my nutritionist, personal trainer, yoga session, etc. . . . you get the picture! It became clear that having all the essential services available at one location would not only make life easier, but it would increase the odds of reaching my goals. All it would take is one contact to one place to schedule sessions or make changes that fit my schedule - problem solved!
It's apparent from the photo that health and wellness is extremely important in my personal life. Professionally, as a clinician I've been devoted to helping others improve their physical and mental wellbeing. My training encompasses traditional approaches as well complementary and alternative methods to improve overall health. I believe that an integrated approach to wellness provides the best possible outcomes.
