1:15 - 2:00: Vinyasa Flow Yoga & Meditation ~ Be Here Now - Serena room

In vinyasa yoga we emphasize sequential movement and postures that
are guided and coordinated with the breath. As the flow progresses the practice can become more of a moving meditation transitioning mindfully between postures as we ride the waves of our breath. Expect a balanced meditative flow followed by a 25 minute yoga nidra (yogic sleep) session where we explore states of physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
