Creative Expression ~ Return to Bollywood Dance: with Aidan DeWitt
Immerse yourself into the magic of Indian culture with a Bollywood dance session. Bollywood combines classical Indian dance form and modern hip-hop movement to create a style full of upbeat joy and fun. If you worry that you can't dance or have never had fun dancing, this is the class for you! This genre was created for the masses, a dance form anyone can participate in and experience the joy of marrying movement to music.
Nature Walk & Break: Stroll the calming nature surrounding the Village grounds as you make your way to the next session.
Yin Yoga: with Kelly Franco
The Yin Yoga practice focuses on relaxed stretch-like poses. It creates sensation in the muscles and improves circulation and flexibility. This paired with awareness of the breath integrates a meditative aspect to the practice. Yin is a practice for all levels and especially good for those new to yoga practice.
Vinyasa Flow: with Mariah Colorado
Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses. This type of practice involves awareness of the breath to work in harmony with the continuous flow of postures. The movements and postures range in intensity and to give you a well rounded cardio session. Often, the practice concludes with savasana pose, or other relaxation which allows for rest and stillness in mind and body.
Wellness and CBD: with Maret Mouton
Research has found that CBD can be used for its therapeutic properties and ability to help fight stress, anxiety, depression, and reduce pain. Find out more about how this safe compound may be effective for many other wellness uses.
